The Big Give

This year, Ceda is participating in The Big Give Christmas Campaign, running from 2nd December to 9th December. This campaign offers a fantastic opportunity for any support we receive to go twice as far—every donation made during this week will be doubled, thanks to a partnership with The Big Give.

CEDA has been allocated a £7,000 Match Funding pot, made up of pledges. But here’s the catch — we can ONLY unlock the total amount it if we raise the same amount in donations.

Here’s how you can help us reach our ambitious goal of raising £7,000 in one week:

• Make a donation via our campaign page during Big Give Week (2nd–9th December) using the button below

• Host a small fundraiser or event in the lead-up — a sponsored challenge, coffee morning, or themed dress-up day all make a difference

• Share our campaign on social media and spread the word to friends, family, and colleagues

Whether it’s a financial gift, spreading the word through sharing on social media, or encouraging others to get involved, every action helps.

How much it costs us to run activities at CEDA

£3,000 – will fund a group of 10 disabled adults to learn about community safety over a 16 week period

£3,800 – will fund an individual to achieve a specific outcome for 6 months eg, travel training

£2,800 – will support a family session once a week for 6 months to cope during crisis, finding calm

£2,500 – will fund 12 months of support to an emerging DJ to find their voice on the radio

£4,800 – will support groups of 15 children on 12 separate trips to experience new adventures and activities
